Arrange a pilot or test
Define the test and success criteria, agree on dates and fees, then review results.
Understand at a glance
Distinguish what you submit from what the other party proposes or confirms.
Requesting, confirming terms and accepting results are separate actions. Review results again when revisions are needed.

Detailed instructions
Choose Pilot & test booking in Deployment & development services. Search by content, region and sector, or request ROPAVIA support when no service is listed.
Read the location, equipment, applicable conditions, success criteria, deliverables, duration, time zone, rescheduling/cancellation and sample or data retention terms.
Sign in and enter company, contact, email and details. Describe the task, sample, acceptance criteria and data-use terms. Add preferred date, time zone and budget, consent and submit.
In Requests & progress, review the proposed provider and location, start and end dates, cost, included scope and exclusions. Confirm the terms if acceptable.
After results are submitted, review the environment, method, results against targets and evidence. Accept results or request changes; share files through request attachments.
All detailed instructions are expanded for printing.
Before you proceed
- Entering a preferred date is not a real-time availability search or confirmed booking. Review the provider’s proposed terms.
- Requesting and confirming are not payment functions. Verify fees and cancellation in the actual proposal and separate agreements.
- Test results are provider records; customer acceptance and technical verification are separate.
