Detailed instructions
Sign in as the opportunity owner and open Company & Project Management → My Projects. Review received proposals in Proposal Comparison & Evaluation, including every page.
Expand details to check scope, delivery, original amount and currency, itemized and recurring costs, exclusions, acceptance, warranty and support. Align comparison periods and included scope before judging totals.
Open the evaluation editor and score each current criterion from 1 to 5. Separately mark mandatory conditions as met, not met or needing confirmation, and add private notes and shortlist status.
Save the evaluation and check incomplete or review-required states. If a proposal or its requirements changed, obtain the supplier's current confirmation and evaluate the current version again.
For a current, fully evaluated proposal meeting all mandatory conditions, choose Select Preferred Supplier. Read the notice and confirm; the preferred supplier is recorded and recruitment closes.
Manage actual contract conditions, pilots and acceptance in My Projects after selection. Add contract, deployment-stage and measurement records under Delivery & Acceptance and Operations & Outcomes.
All detailed instructions are expanded for printing.
Before you proceed
- Only the opportunity owner may evaluate, shortlist, write evaluation notes or select. Being a project editor or organization administrator does not grant these powers.
- Opportunities with shared requirements use weighted scores out of 100. Legacy opportunities without them use five criteria out of 25; check the actual displayed criteria. Shared-requirement opportunities enforce a current evaluation and mandatory-condition checks before selection. Completing evaluation is also recommended for legacy opportunities.
- Shortlist filtering and score sorting apply within the currently loaded page. Do not treat one page as the ranking of all participating suppliers.
- Preferred-supplier selection is not an automatic lowest-price award or a signed contract. It closes recruitment, so confirm the supplier and latest evaluation first.
