Detailed instructions
Open My Page → My Projects → New Project. Enter the project name, choose an organization or a personal project, describe the problem, and create it.
In Overview & Requirements, use step 1 to enter the problem, site conditions, throughput and working hours, and the environment and existing equipment. Mark each item as needing confirmation, confirmed, or an assumption.
In step 2, describe integrations, measurable goals and included or excluded scope. In step 3, enter funding plans, timing, pilot and acceptance conditions, country, budget, currency and sector. Set proposal criteria and mandatory conditions; their weights must total 100%.
Save Requirements creates a version. Once the problem, goals and acceptance conditions are filled in, the owner chooses Confirm Requirements. Download Requirements exports the version saved on the server as a text document.
Use Link to Project on products, companies, news or funding information and select this project. Manage linked resources and accessible suggestions in the Research Materials tab.
After confirmation, open the consultation request in Overview & Requirements and submit the company name and sharing consent. To invite suppliers, open Proposals & Selection → Create Bidding Draft from Confirmed Requirements, then review the generated draft and request publication.
All detailed instructions are expanded for printing.
Before you proceed
- Owners and editors can save requirements; only the owner can confirm them. Saving a new revision requires that revision to be confirmed again.
- If another participant changes the version, keep your current input and compare it with the latest data. Unsaved changes are not included in the downloaded requirements.
- Consultations and bidding drafts belong to the account that creates them. Linking them to a project does not automatically share access to private requests, proposals, files or assets.
- Archived projects restrict editing and new consultation or bidding conversion. Editing internal requirements does not automatically update a published opportunity.
