Detailed instructions
Open My Page → Organizations & Members, enter the company name and create a company space. The creating account becomes its owner.
The organization owner can link a bidding company profile or public profile they own through Link My Company Information. Matching names do not merge records belonging to other accounts.
The owner or an organization administrator enters an email, chooses Administrator or Member, and sends an invitation. Use the email the recipient actually uses to sign in.
The project owner opens Overview & Requirements → Participants & History and invites an Editor or Viewer. Editors handle general writing and changes; viewers read the project.
Recipients sign in using the invited email and open My Invitations in My Projects or Organizations & Members, then accept.
Authorized managers can cancel invitations or remove participation. Check organization and project memberships separately. The project owner can archive completed work or reopen it when needed.
All detailed instructions are expanded for printing.
Before you proceed
- Invitations are valid for seven days and appear in My Invitations. Automatic invitation emails are not provided.
- Organization membership or administrator status does not expose all of that organization's projects. Separate project participation is required.
- Requirements confirmation, acceptance approval or requested changes, signed-contract and measured-result confirmation, project invitations and archiving belong to the owner. Private linked originals also require original-resource access.
- Removing an organization member does not automatically revoke separate project participation. Ownership transfer and permanent project deletion are not available in the current interface; archiving is not deletion.
