Read the audience, prerequisites, location, schedule, cost and materials on the detail page. Check the source for current instructions.
For internal intake, submit through Program application. For external intake, apply at the listed official site. Information-only entries provide their published contact or source instead.
In Requests & applications in your workspace, check the program publisher’s response. Add explanations and supporting files to the submitted request when needed.
Use Request in-house training to send ROPAVIA the headcount, roles, topics, equipment, schedule and budget. Program publishers with approved profiles can choose a learning-program post and application method, then submit for review.
All detailed instructions are expanded for printing.
Before you proceed
- Programs can be information-only, internally hosted applications or external applications. Not every program has an internal application button.
- Internal applications go to the program publisher; in-house training requests go to ROPAVIA. Applying does not confirm enrollment or payment.
- Program posts require review. External applications need a valid official application URL; automatic attendance tracking and certificates have not been verified as available.
