Detailed instructions
Open a project → Delivery & Acceptance → Add Work Record. Choose Deployment Stage & Acceptance, select contract, pilot, installation or final acceptance, and enter a title, due date, assignee, progress notes and evidence URL.
Record planned, in-progress or submitted-for-review status. After reviewing the result, the owner records approval or requested changes with supporting evidence. Each deployment stage can have its own record.
In Operations & Outcomes, add a Measurement record. Enter the metric, unit, baseline, target, improvement direction, method, conditions and period. Use estimated status initially and leave the actual value blank until measured.
After measurement, enter the actual value and mark it as measured. The owner reviews the method and result and confirms the measurement. Check that confirmed and achieved metrics appear in the project summary.
Add maintenance, incidents and consumables, contracts and subscriptions, or training and experience in the same tab. Choose a project member or enter an external assignee. Resolved incidents need a resolution note; signed-contract confirmation is recorded by the owner.
Use My Page → Tasks to filter by assignee, deadline and type and open the exact record. To share an outcome, the owner writes a separate case manuscript, confirms publication consent and submits it for review.

Before you proceed
- Editors may maintain general progress records. Acceptance approval or requested changes, signed-contract confirmation and measured-result confirmation are reserved for the project owner.
- Acceptance approval requires an evidence URL. Confirmed measurements require an actual value and method. Entering zero means a measured zero; leave unmeasured values blank.
- Metrics summarize user-entered records. They do not replace robot control, sensor measurement, certification, electronic signatures or payment.
- Public cases require an approved public profile, publication consent and review. The full private project record is not automatically published.
