Publish a reverse-bidding opportunity
Buyers publish a project need and receive private participation proposals from suppliers.
Understand at a glance
Distinguish drafting, publication request, review and publication. Revisions return to review.
Saving a draft and opening recruitment are separate. Review may return the draft for revision.
Numbers show reading order, not actual progress.
Detailed instructions
Open Bidding Company Information from My Page. Under Company Profile, choose Buyer or Buyer & Supplier. Enter the content language, company name and description, website, country, sector and publication consent, then request review.
Use Register Project to enter a title, description, sector, company, budget, currency, timing and scope. If using My Projects, confirm the latest requirements and create a bidding draft under Proposals & Selection.
At the final step, review the public site conditions, goals, scope, timing, funding information and evaluation criteria. Remove internal information and ensure every published language describes the same permitted scope.
Save the project draft and continue to Request Public Recruitment. In Company & Project Management → My Projects, open the draft's publication request, inspect All Content to Be Published, and confirm.
Set a deadline while review is pending or changes are requested. If returned for revision, review the reason, edit the draft and resubmit. Operator approval makes the opportunity publicly available for supplier proposals.
Compare proposals while recruitment is open. To change requirements, review and apply a revised public copy in the opportunity's amendment flow. Select a preferred supplier or close recruitment to end intake.

Before you proceed
- Publication requires an approved Buyer or Buyer & Supplier profile. Saving a draft does not publish it; a publication request still requires review.
- A draft generated from internal requirements initially copies the first 350 characters of each fact. Check that essential conditions remain complete; private originals and public copies are separate.
- Deadlines can only be edited while pending review or returned for changes and are fixed after approval. Public-copy amendments are limited to permitted states before closing or the submission deadline.
- Requirement amendments notify existing participants in the app and require proposal reconfirmation and reevaluation. Recheck disclosure scope when restoring older translations after editing the original.
