Detailed instructions
In your workspace, open equipment and service management and choose Add equipment. Equipment name and location are required.
Optionally enter manufacturer/model, asset or serial number, acquisition date, warranty end and next service date. Set equipment status, add operating or service notes and submit.
Search Active records and review Service due and Warranty date passed indicators. Confirm actual warranty terms against your contract.
Use Edit & resubmit to change current information and Change history to review previous status, dates and notes. Editing this equipment record is not a content-review submission.
Archive record removes it from the active list; restore it from Archived records when needed. Request adoption consulting can pass the equipment name and model. Check responses in Requests & applications.

Before you proceed
- You manage equipment owned by your account. Linking a project does not automatically expand access to equipment or private materials.
- The equipment’s stored status and the record archive are different.
- This uses entered dates; it does not provide live equipment control, sensor monitoring, automatic service alerts or confirmed field-service dispatch.
