Read the journey on Adoption Consulting: site assessment → feasibility and funding → detailed design → suppliers and contracts → pilot → deployment and handover → operations and monitoring → maintenance → outcomes and expansion → redeployment, resale, replacement and recovery.
Open the consultation request and select relevant stages if known. Stage selection is optional; when the scope is unclear, describe your problem without selecting stages. Include existing technology, budget and people.
Enter the contact name, company, email, request and content language. Add budget and timing if useful. Confirm that the details and contact information may be sent to ROPAVIA, then submit.
Have the owner confirm the latest requirements in My Projects → Overview & Requirements, then open the consultation request. Submit the company name and consent. Confirmed requirements, budget, schedule and account contact details are sent to the consultation team and linked to the project.
Choose Requests & applications on the submission confirmation screen, or open it from My Page. Read the response and add a message under Progress & Follow-up Consultation.
Select and upload PDF, PNG or JPEG files as needed. Download files from the list and delete only files you uploaded. Follow stage updates or requests for more information from the consultation manager.

Before you proceed
- A direct consultation request does not automatically create a project. Opening project creation from the home consultation button is different from submitting a consultation form.
- Public funding selection, financing approval, robot performance and outcomes are not automatically guaranteed. Scope, fees, responsibilities and deliverables are agreed after consultation; stages may overlap or repeat.
- ROPAVIA consultations are visible to the requester and authorized operators. Other project participants need original-request permission to read the consultation and attachments.
- Files are limited to 5MB each, 20 per request and 100MB per account. Automatic malware scanning is not provided. Cancelled requests restrict new messages and uploads.
