Detailed instructions
Sign in to ROPAVIA on the site, then choose Admin center. Its base path is /admin, opened under the selected language path. Only the site owner or authorized operators can access it. If access is denied, check the account you are signed in with. This screen does not use Google sign-in or a separate administrator password.
In Overview, use Ready for action to check company, bidding, profile, product, content and service reviews, open requests and source status. Select an item to enter its management area. The member count covers accounts observed through sign-in or earlier platform activity; it does not represent every registered account or all visitors.
In Members, search by name, email or account ID and filter by Active or Writing restricted. Choose View details, check which role and status fields you can change, enter a Reason for change and select Save changes. Ordinary operators may manage the status of eligible ordinary members. Only the site owner may change operator roles or the status of operator accounts. Disabled fields cannot be changed by the current account.
In Content, use status, content type and search terms to find a post, then open View details. Published posts can be checked through Public page. To stop publication, choose Hide from users and record the reason. Send for review returns a hidden post to pending review. Handle pending posts and company, bidding, profile and product reviews in Review center; use the Service reviews link for service offerings.
In Help center management, create or edit announcements and FAQs, checking language versions and publication status. In Service requests, inspect requests within your access scope. Follow the operator support inbox link for help inquiries and Active service requests for service applications. In the relevant request detail, leave replies, additional files and progress records, distinguishing receipt from completion.
In Videos & resources, use Upload file to upload prepared material. In Uploaded resources, select Use this file and check the chosen Introduction video, Video poster, Korean captions or Guide PDF. Open the video and PDF in Preview and enter a Reason for change. Save draft preserves the preparation without changing the user-facing page. Select Publish to users to release it, then use View public site to verify the actual resources.
In Guide editor, select a guide and switch language tabs to edit the title, introduction, each step's title and body, and important notes. Enter one note per line; the number of steps is fixed. In Home banner, check each language's title and description and the Show on page option. Review all four language versions manually, preview and save a draft, then enter the reason and publish. Use Hide from users to stop showing a previously published item.
In Operations & sources, inspect sources or operational items needing attention and open the relevant management view. A collection error does not mean no information exists. In Change history, review the target, reason, time and displayed before/after values. After publishing or hiding, also check the corresponding public page. If another operator's update causes a conflict, preserve your input, inspect the latest content and then apply your change again.

Before you proceed
- The member list includes accounts confirmed through sign-in and accounts with earlier activity. If a legacy record has no email, its role and status cannot be changed until identity is confirmed at the next sign-in.
- The site owner and operators have different permissions. Assigning the operator role does not make someone the site owner. You cannot change your own account or configured protected operator accounts in this screen.
- Restricted members can still view information and contact support. Restrictions do not delete existing contracts or records. Admin access does not grant unrestricted access to every member's private proposal.
- Saving a draft, previewing and publishing are different actions. Uploaded draft resources are visible only to operators until published as public resources. A reason is required to save, publish or hide settings.
- MP4 and PDF files are limited to 25 MB each, PNG/JPG to 8 MB, and VTT captions to 500 KB. The current captions field is for Korean captions. Editing an online guide does not automatically generate or update its PDF: prepare the revised PDF separately, upload it manually, select it and publish it.
- The editing language tab is separate from the screen language. Translations are not generated automatically; check Korean, English, Japanese and Chinese before publication. Guide IDs, categories and step counts are not changed in this editor.
- Hiding stops display; it does not permanently delete resources or recall downloaded copies. Change history records administrative changes, not every user activity or all private business material.
